While Administration of Board Control for Cricket in India (BBCI) not being in good terms and we don’t think league will face any issue to be started as same leagues are being hosted in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu which are also T20 Leagues so probably less chances of Objections. While Sumendra Tiwary the RCA Secretary had expressed on 15th July that nothing is being completed and finalized and there is no confirmation of the league starting still its in thought process.

While Modi is the part of President of RCA who had his specific roles. While BCCI had mentioned that they have no objection for any of the state to start the leagues in the form of T20 if they run them under the guided guidelines. As they are not allowed to conduct the league internationally as per the norms they have to conduct the league domestically .
