‘Bangladesh should play more cricket’ says Tamim Iqbal -Bangladesh opener cricketer Tamim Iqbal told media that Bangladesh cricket team should play more games so as to remain consistent in its performance. He opined that they haven’t been in touch with this sport type since six months and have to confront in some.
Bangladesh cricket team has played cricket for last time on 26th March which was the match in T20 WC 2016 hosted by India. Since then, their national cricketers haven’t indulged into any domestic or international cricket war.
They will be taking their cricket battle with England in October 2016 and will be playing international cricket after a long time span. Tamim expressed nervousness over this large gap which would corrode the abilities of young as well as senior players in the team as they will be deprived of practice for long period.
Former left hand opener of Indian Premier League team Pune Warriors India expressed these feelings to the media and expected that his national team will maintain its performance in upcoming series of matches to be played with stern opponents.
He predicted that team would suffer after a huge break and will again need a healthy recuperation. Iqbal is not willing to see his team performing very dull in the fights to be fought forth and hence he ejaculated all his feelings and guesses to the media.
